Tattersalls 2011 |
|
30/5/2011 |
 |
We're just back from a windy and rather cold Tattersalls! However the rain did hold off thankfully and the crowds and competitors were at a record high. This was Lucid Dreams first year providing the competitor video service at the event and we were delighted with the coverage our eight cameras managed to capture of the cross-country.
If you Haven't order your DVD yet you can do it here

Another great event, and another year of wall-to-wall sunshine. With Autumn colours and magnificent sunsets giving the park a magical feel. In the seven years weve attended Weston weve never managed to capture as much of the cross-country as we did this year as we had an extra camera giving us eight in total. We have once again gotten really positive feedback from competitors who ordered videos last year compliments are always welcome!

Angus Mitchell was one again on lighting duties and did a fantastic job. Look out for the film at a festival near you!

The Writer's Journey |
|
11/6/2007 |
 |
Shane was in London once again, the fourth time this year. That's dedication! Or maybe madness?
The Writer's Journey was a two-day seminar with Christopher Vogler (author of the best selling book of the same name) who discussed his latest developments in his thinking about myth, movies, and the deep structure of storytelling for the screen.
Vogler has worked on countless feature film projects as a consultant, writer, and producer, (Aladdin, The Lion King, Fight Club, The Thin Red Line) his concepts about myths and movies have continued to evolve.
Hopefully Shane will now be truely inspired to write his first Feature.... time will tell!
